1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the gn444 platform at gn444.app, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the gn444 platform and close your account.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and gn444 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. These Terms apply to all products and services offered through gn444, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, slots, promotional offers, and any other features made available to registered members.

gn444 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the gn444 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

gn444 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on gn444. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. gn444 employs automated systems to detect duplicate registrations. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed, and balances may be voided without notice.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

When registering your gn444 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information in all fields. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of any pending withdrawals, and permanent closure of your account.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gn444 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. gn444 will never contact you by email, phone, or chat to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact gn444 support immediately via the methods listed on this site.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

gn444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with responsible-gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit verification documents before processing your first withdrawal or at any other time at gn444's discretion. Accepted documents include:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of bKash wallet registered to your name)

Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion. gn444 will process submitted documents within 2 business days under normal circumstances.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. gn444 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from an unverified or third-party source may be returned, and any associated winnings may be voided. gn444 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the method's technical availability. Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed KYC verification in full. gn444 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on any withdrawal request at its sole discretion.

Withdrawals of winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 of these Terms. Withdrawals requested outside of business hours will be queued and processed on the next available processing cycle.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on gn444 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol: ৳). Where conversion is required due to payment method constraints, the conversion rate applied will be the mid-market rate at the time of transaction, plus a nominal processing margin. gn444 displays all balances, deposit amounts, and withdrawal amounts in BDT.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

gn444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they — or winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager a total amount equal to 20 times the bonus value before a withdrawal is permitted.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Any attempt to claim a bonus multiple times through the creation of duplicate accounts, use of shared payment methods, or coordinated wagering with other accounts will be treated as bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds not wagered within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account balance without notice. Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity window; partial completion does not entitle you to a proportional withdrawal.

5.5 gn444's Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions

gn444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-offer, gn444 will take reasonable steps to protect the interests of players who had already claimed and begun wagering under that offer.

6 Betting & Casino Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on gn444 — including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are subject to the specific rules for that sport and market type, as published in the gn444 rules section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable market rules, including settlement procedures in the event of abandonment, interruption, or result revision.

gn444 offers live (in-play) betting on selected cricket and sports markets. Live odds are subject to change at any time. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding. gn444 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the official start of an event if our systems were unable to exclude the bet in time due to a feed latency issue, at gn444's sole discretion.

6.2 Casino & Slots

All casino games available on gn444 — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and specialty games — are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates on a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, with physical game elements operated by trained dealers in a licensed studio environment.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published by the respective game providers and are accessible via the game information panel within each game. gn444 does not modify the RTP of any game hosted on its platform.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during an active game round or open bet, gn444's systems will complete the round according to its standard game logic. Any winnings resulting from a completed round will be credited to your account automatically. gn444 is not liable for losses arising from player-side internet connectivity issues, device failures, or power interruptions.

6.4 Prohibited Betting Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gn444 and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of affected bets, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Arbitrage betting or exploitation of mispriced markets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome
• Use of automated betting scripts, bots, or software that places bets without manual human action
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or market prices

• Money laundering or using the platform for any form of financial crime

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your gn444 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and the withdrawal conditions set out in Section 4. Accounts under active investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is resolved.

8.2 gn444-Initiated Suspension or Closure

gn444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that one or more of the following has occurred:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Engagement in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• Suspected money laundering or terrorist financing activity
• Account access by a minor
• Duplicate account creation
• Bonus abuse as defined in Section 5
• Prohibited betting activities as defined in Section 6.4

In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or terms abuse, gn444 reserves the right to void all bets and forfeit all account balances without compensation. gn444 will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in any investigation relating to account activity.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the gn444 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game assets, marketing materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of gn444 or its licensed content suppliers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, adapted, translated, reverse-engineered, or used in any commercial context without the prior written consent of gn444.

gn444 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to create derivative works, data-mine the platform, or use the platform's content in any manner that competes with or harms gn444's business.

The trade names, trademarks, and logos of third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) displayed on gn444 are the property of their respective owners and are used under licence. Nothing on the gn444 platform should be construed as granting any licence or right in respect of those third-party marks.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gn444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or betting stakes due to platform unavailability, technical error, or third-party provider failure

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers
• Errors in live odds feeds caused by upstream data providers

gn444 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability and target 99.9% uptime, we make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk.

11 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which gn444 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with gn444 through our internal complaints procedure. To raise a complaint, please contact our support team with a clear description of the issue. gn444 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, gn444 supports the escalation of unresolved complaints to a recognised alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. Details of the applicable ADR service will be provided in the final response to any unresolved complaint.

12 Amendments to These Terms

gn444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gn444 will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, gn444 will endeavour to provide advance notice via email or an on-site notification to registered members.

Your continued use of the gn444 platform after any amendment has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact support to initiate a voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 8.1.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. gn444 recommends that you check this page at least once per month to stay informed of any changes that may affect your rights and obligations as a member.
